The farm had amazing views, comfortable rooms, and outstanding food. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Upgrade to a room with a waterhole view where we saw rhinos and cheetahs.

Amazing views, spacious rooms with couches and a bar fridge, and delectable food with surprising twists made our New Year's stay unforgettable. The well-kept gardens and clean pool were perfect for unwinding. We also loved the historic German buildings adding a unique charm to the location. A key advantage was the warm and accommodating staff, especially towards our 4-month-old infant, making us feel at home.

Spending Christmas at this hidden gem was a delight! The first thing we loved was the warm and friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay special. The second highlight was the incredible wildlife experience. We couldn't believe our luck when we got to interact with cheetahs and rhinos up close. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! Lastly, the location was perfect for a peaceful getaway, offering beautiful surroundings and a serene atmosphere.
Although the overall experience was amazing, there were a few downsides to note. finding the place was a bit tricky, as it was a bit off the beaten path and took us some time to locate.

Our stay at Burgsdorf Guest Farm Villa was absolutely exceptional. The moment we arrived, we were amazed by the beautiful lake view from our spacious and modern room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept like babies. The highlight of our stay was getting up close and personal with Garfield, the resident cheetah. It was an unforgettable experience. The food at the farm was delicious, and the three-course meals were a real treat. The staff, especially our charming host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our stay was perfect. The pool and relaxation area were also lovely. Despite being in a remote location, it was worth the journey. We would highly recommend staying at this magical place. we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I had an absolutely mind-blowing stay at this incredible guest farm. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my lactose intolerance, even preparing additional meals just for me. The food was super tasty too! The guide was so knowledgeable and fun to talk to, I learned so much about the environment and animals. The grounds were beautiful and the stylish rooms on the lake were jaw-dropping. Having a fridge in the room with free drinks was a fantastic bonus. I was pleasantly surprised by the wildlife around, so close and amazing to see. The staff were incredibly friendly and I highly recommend trying the Tula red wine. The food, both dinner and breakfast, was exceptional. this was by far the best accommodation out of the 13 we stayed at during our Namibia road trip. The rooms were amazing with great views and cleanliness. If you have the chance, go for the deluxe room, it's totally worth it. The staff, especially Anita, were so welcoming and kind. They even offered to bake a cake for us! The pool and surrounding area were wonderful too. This place is definitely recommendable! The highlight of our Namibia visit, we were upgraded to a stunning villa overlooking a waterhole. We saw white rhinos, cheetahs, and other game from our verandah. The farm meals were exceptional - 3 courses, great service, and special desserts for diabetics. They had a small pool and a lovely relaxation area too. A special shoutout to Jo for taking care of us and arranging an awesome animal trip and sundowner.
